Paris Hilton's brother could face up to six months in prison if he pleads guilty
Conrad Hilton, who allegedly threatened British Airways staff on a flight between London and Los Angeles, could plead guilty in a court case.
Hilton could serve up to six months in jail after pleading guilty to one count of a simple assault, according to Associated Press.
Authorities claim that during the 10-hour flight, Hilton called passengers "peasants", refused to sit down when instructed to, and threatened to kill crew members.
Hotel heir Hilton signed the agreement on Tuesday, according to the US Attorney's office in LA, and will reportedly officially agree to the crime in court on Thursday.

Show all 12"I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss," Hilton reportedly said during the 10-hour flight. "My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time."
He is also claimed to have shouted: "I am going to f**king kill you" and "I will f**king own anyone on this flight," according to court papers.
The charge carried a maximum prison term of six months, a year's probation and a $5,000 fine.
