Those sitting at home wondering which cartoon character David Cameron dreamed he’d be as a child, wonder no more.

The current Prime Minister’s bizarre interview revelations haven’t stopped with admitting he’s a distant relation to Kim Kardashian.

In a televised special about his life at No.10 set to air on ITV News tonight, the Tory leader harks back to fond memories of watching Wacky Races – and wishing he’d be the puff-chested hero Peter Perfect. And yes, he will be back in his kitchen again.

“I wanted to be the good looking one with the beautiful girl,” he says, “but it didn’t work out that way.”

Samantha Cameron, look away now.

Unfortunately for David, a focus group recently likened him to an altogether less favourable racer – evil villain Dick Dastardly.

Even more unfortunately they stopped short of identifying who exactly would make his perfect Mutley – Boris Johnson or George Osborne.

The news follows another dramatic turn of events for the PM, who was photographed eating a hot dog with a knife and fork during a family barbecue at the weekend.
