From setting a 100m record for a pedalo with Steve Harmison to attempting to break the world record for the highest reverse bungee jump, the former England cricket captain Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff spent a frenzied day yesterday trying to set 12 Guinness World Records in 12 hours to raise cash for Sport Relief 2012. The results will be shown on BBC1 on Friday.
