Two Royal Mail stamps featuring signed photos of the actress and socialite Elizabeth Hurley have been sold by auction on eBay for over £1,550, as part of a campaign which has raised over £5000 for Women’s Aid, the leading domestic abuse charity.

Both stamps feature a picture of Hurley’s son Damien and are part of a limited-edition Mothers’ Day themed “Smilers” range which also includes photos taken by model Jasmine Guinness.

The on-going campaign hopes to raise funds to bolster Womens Aids network of over 500 local services working to end domestic violence against women and children. Elizabeth Sully from Women’s Aid commented claimed the group were “extremely grateful” for the donation.
