The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to TMZ that law enforcement officers are investigating her death as a possible overdose.

According to the site’s report, her friend called the paramedic after finding her floating in a bathtub. Attempts to revive her were made, but failed. No foul play is suspected.

“I'm happy to be a Playmate,” she said, after scoring the role. “It's a dream come true."

However, in a recent interview with Metropolis Nights magazine, she began contemplating her future life after her run at Playboy had ended.

“I have been a part of many great experiences,” Hensley said. “Travel shows, magazine covers, and of course giving advice to young impressionable girls who they they need to act a certain way for a chance to be a model.”

Hugh Hefner and representatives of the Playboy mansion are yet to respond to the news.
