A Service of Thanksgiving for the life and work of Rear-Admiral John Garth Watson CB DSc BSc(Eng) FICE, Secretary of the Institution of Civil Engineers from 1967 to 1979, will be held in St Margaret's Church, Westminster Abbey, at 11am on Tuesday 3 November 1992. Tickets are not required. All colleagues and friends are welcome.
