Cab driver stabbed

A mini-cab driver was seriously ill in hospital in Newham, east London, after being stabbed eight times during an argument with two men who refused to pay a pounds 1.50 fare. The 42-year-old man picked up the men outside Barking football club, east London, and the attack occurred when he dropped them off in Dagenham.
