A second man will appear in court today accused of killing a teenager during a suspected gang fight on an estate.

Rafik Hamaizia, 18, of North Hill, Highgate, north London, was due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court charged with murdering Marvin Henry.

Marvin, 17, known as Spooky, died after he was shot in the chest during clashes among youths near Bray Road in Mill Hill, north-west London, last Wednesday.

The teenager, who was known to police, had recently left a referral unit designed to help expelled pupils get back into mainstream education.

Builder Ithai McPhee, 21, of Abbots Road, Edgware, was remanded in custody when he appeared before magistrates charged with murder yesterday.

Police have arrested and released 11 other suspects, a 21-year-old woman and 10 teenagers aged between 14 and 18, on bail until late November.
