Head of good causes

CommentsDavid Sieff, a director of Marks & Spencer, was named chairman of the National Lottery Charities Board, which will be responsible for distributing 20 per cent of the proceeds from the new lottery to good causes. Mr Sieff, 55, has been appointed for three years.
