UP TO 25,000 Hindus are expected to descend on the Hertfordshire village of Letchmore Heath today for a banned mass prayer meeting at a Hare Krishna temple. The local council has obtained an enforcement order, backed by the European Court of Human Rights, barring the two-day festival.
