THREE defendants in the Welsh child abuse trial have been convicted of conspiracy to commit serious sexual assaults on children. The jury at Swansea Crown Court found two other men not guilty of conspiracy, and has retired to a hotel for a fourth night. It has still to give verdicts on a further 15 charges against all five defendants.
