Duncan Mallon, 18, of Blackley, Manchester, was killed when the stolen car he was driving crashed into a wall. In South Wales, three boys - aged 12, 13, and 15 - were hurt when a stolen car hit a wall at Tredegar. Two were in a critical condition.
