Conservative election leaflet urges people to vote on 'Erection Day'
The candidate has urged campaigners to proof read their material

A Conservative candidate has urged campaigners "always" to proofread their leaflets after one of his leaflets accidentally urged people to vote on "erection day".
James Duddridge, who was Conservative MP for Rochford and Southend East in the last parliament and is re-standing at the election, posted a picture of a leaflet on his Twitter account.
"Always have someone to proof read your leaflet," he tweeted. "This one had no imprint and mentions Erection Day."
The leaflet is headlined with 'IT'S ERECTION DAY!' in large italic capital letters.
