CHILDREN IN CARE: The Government's response to the Warner report is to be made today by Tim Yeo, the Under-Secretary of State for Health. Mr Yeo said he would cover training, vetting and police checks, a campaign to raise public awareness of residential child care, a code of employment practice, and a code of practice on national standards.
