Stitch out of time
A hospital doctor mistook two fourth-year pupils for medical students and invited them to help stitch two patients. The doctor in the accident and emergency department of Glasgow Royal Infirmary only realised his error when he tried to have a technical discussion with the white-coated 15-year-olds, who were there on work experience.
