Could Silvertown look like this in ten years time?

In late-April, plans for Silvertown’s £3.5bn redevelopment were given the go-ahead. It is a major regeneration project that The Silvertown Partnership hopes will create a new piece of London.

We spent a day wandering around the site to see how this iconic area of East London will be transformed.

In the next decade, over 20,000 jobs will be created as five million square-feet of commercial space and up to 3,000 residential units are built.

The Silvertown Partnership are hoping to create an environment where people can “live, work and play”.
