The Independent today launched a poster campaign contrasting the paper's traditional virtues of independence and objectivity with the more partisan, less detached stance of the daily Rupert Murdoch and the daily Conrad Black. The billboard advertisement (above) is displayed at sites in London and will be appearing at more than 1,000 other sites nationally tomorrow
