Attackers launch gunfire assault through nearby hedge

A woman is fighting for her life after being shot in the face at a Connecticut house party where 12 other people were also injured.
At least two shooters opened fire, Bridgeport police said.
All thirteen were taken to various local hospitals.
The woman is said to be in a critical condition.
Police were called to the home around 1.30am on Sunday to reports of gunshots being fired.
Officers found 11 men and two women with wounds.
Police believe the attackers fired through hedges in the yard of an adjacent home.
The motive is being investigated.
A gunman killed three people at a house party in Seattle last month.
He was arrested after attacking a gathering of young adults at a suburban home.
He killed two people at a fire pit before firing more shots from the roof, the grandmother of one of the witnesses said.
