A woman has stabbed her boyfriend multiple times after allegedly coming across him naked on top of her 12-year-old daughter.

The woman reportedly went into a "fit of rage" after seeing her boyfriend with her daughter, and stabbed him five times in his chest and once in the back of his head, according to local news reports in Cleveland, Ohio quoting police reports.

Neither the woman nor her boyfriend have been charged in connexion to the incident.

The woman and the man gave conflicting accounts of the attack.

Police responded to a call for help at about 2.30am local time, after the woman left her house and screamed for help. The woman said that “her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him,” according to police records.

The man was said to have told police that he was stabbed because his girlfriend was concerned that her 12-year-old may have been developing feelings for him.

He did not offer any more details about the incident. The woman and her daughter also gave conflicting accounts of what exactly happened in the lead up to the stabbing.

Police reports say that the woman was put in a “fit of rage” after coming across her boyfriend on top of her daughter while heading to bed. She then grabbed her pocket knife, and stabbed her boyfriend according tot he police report.

The woman and her daughter suffered cuts to their hands during the incident.
