Twitter hackers hit Chavez ally
The president of Venezuela's National Assembly has confirmed that his Twitter account was taken over by hackers who unleashed a series of bogus messages saying a coup was under way.
Diosdado Cabello, an ally of President Hugo Chavez, said: "Our Twitter account was hacked by the Venezuelan right."
