China and its South-east Asian neighbours must draw up a code of conduct to help to resolve disputes in the South China Sea, and should refrain from threats, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said yesterday.
Visiting Indonesia ahead of a trip to China today, Ms Clinton said that it was essential to get faltering diplomacy back on track.
