Blast linked to Lebanese group
BUENOS AIRES - President Carlos Menem said a Lebanese group probably linked to the pro-Iranian Hizbollah organisation had claimed responsibility for a bombing at a Jewish charity on Monday that killed at least 46 people. Mr Menem identitified the group as 'Al Sad Ala' or 'Ansad Ala' and said it made the claim in the Lebanese city of Sidon. He said Mossad had informed the chief of the Argentine intelligence services of the claim. AFP
