Dutch prince still in intensive care
A senior member of the Dutch royal family remains in intensive care after he sustained serious injuries in an avalanche in Austria on Friday. Doctors have described his condition as stable but still dangerous because of oxygen deprivation.
Prince Johan Friso was caught in the avalanche while skiing off-piste in the Lech region, and spent 20 minutes buried alive in the snow. Prince Johan was found after rescuers picked up a signal from the avalanche transceiver he was carrying.
