CommentsBUCHAREST (Reuter) - Romania has filled the hole left in its flag when the people tore out the Communist crest during the 1989 revolution. The new crest is a golden eagle clutching the sword of Stephen the Great and the sceptre of Michael the Brave, both medieval rulers.
