MOULINS (Reuter) - Police commandos freed all 21 hostages held by mutinous inmates when they stormed a prison near this town in central France before dawn yesterday to end a 15-hour rebellion, officials said. The hostages, mostly prison guards, were unharmed but one policeman and two prisoners were hurt during the assault on the Moulins-Iseure prison, officials said.
