ATHENS (AP) - The Greek Prime Minister, Constantine Mitsotakis, reshuffled his cabinet, relinquishing his post as foreign minister. The National Economy Minister, Stefanos Manos, receives a second portfolio as Finance Minister and the Justice Minister, Michalis Papaconstantinou, moves to the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
