Japanese lifeguards learn how to get to grips with Australian surf

On Sydney's Manly beach, 220 students from a Tokyo PE college await instruction in life-saving. The students, on an exchange visit, readily concede that in Japan pollution and overcrowding are bigger dangers than waves.
