Seoul - North Korea indicated it was about to reopen talks with the US to rescue the agreement under which it would end its nuclear programme, a South Korean new agency said. "We attach great importance to dialogue with the United States and can have a talk," a North Korean official told the Yonhap news agency, but added the US must come up with a compromise deal before reopening the talks at a higher level.
