Warsaw - Polish prosecutors have launched a case against a man who chopped off a friend's head but says it was an accident. "Franciszek Z." says he was drinking with a friend who wanted to hang himself, as his girlfriend had left him. Franciszek Z. jokingly offered to cut his head off and after the friend put his head on a block he struck with an axe, aiming to miss, but slipped. Reuter
