Radio stations under suspicion
Brazilian authorities are to investigate whether radio stations helped to spur last week's killing of eight street children in Rio de Janeiro, Reuter reports from Brasilia. The Justice Minister, Mauricio Correa, said the stations might have incited the killings by urging that criminals and law-breaking abandoned children be slain. Three police officers have been held in the case.
