Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Mesut Ozil will be out for "at least a couple of weeks" after the German playmaker went off at half-time with a hamstring injury during the 1-1 draw at Bayern Munich which knocked the Gunners out of the Champions League, losing 3-1 on aggregate.
"Mesut has a hamstring problem," Wenger said after the match. "It looks quite serious. For sure he's out for at least a few weeks"
Ozil struggled in the contest , in which Bastian Schweinsteiger opened the scoring for Bayern, before Lukas Podolski equalised for the Gunners. Thomas Muller saw his late penalty saved by Lukasz Fabianski - it was the third penalty missed in the last-16 fixture between the teams.
Ozil's injury adds to the Gunners' growing injury list, which includes Jack Wilshere and Abou Diaby in midfield. Aaron Ramsey and Kim Kallstrom are also still out, although the pair could return for the Premier League north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

One nervy clearance nearly let Rosicky in but never really in trouble. Would have been a touch disappointed to be beaten at near post
