Chelsea managed to finish top of Group G thanks to their win over Porto, meaning they progress through to the knock-out phase of this season's Champions League as group winners.

Manager Jose Mourinho can now look forward to the draw for the Round of 16, which will be made on Monday.

The 16 sides that remain in the tournament will be split into two pots, with the group winners in one and the runners-up in the other. However, there are some restrictions on who can play who. No sides that progressed from the same group may face each other and teams from the same country will be kept apart.

So who might Chelsea face?

The eight runners ups are PSG, PSV Eindhoven, Benfica, Juventus, Roma, Arsenal, Dynamo Kiev and Gent. Of those, they cannot face Arsenal or their fellow qualifiers from Group G, Dynamo Kiev.

POSSIBLE CHELSEA OPPONENTS: PSG, PSV Eindhoven, Benfica, Juventus, Roma or Gent.

The draw will be made on Monday at 11am with the first-legs to be played on 16/17 and 23/24 February, with the seeded group winners playing away. The second-legs will be on 8/9 and 15/16 March.
