Chelsea won 4-0 against Qarabag in the Champions League to secure a place in the last-16 stage.

A brace from Willian as well as goals from Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas saw Chelsea overcome the champions of Azerbaijan, who were reduced to 10-men early on.

Chelsea have one game remaining, against Atletico Madrid, although need Roma to drop points if they are to snatch first-place in Group C.

Relive the action below.

Match preview:

This week Gary Cahill said he hoped Chelsea's defeat to Roma in the last round of games would spark them into life.

“After that there was a feeling that we needed to pull our finger out in terms of the performance and everything,” admitted Cahill.

“The way we lost was inacceptable for us. When you look in the mirror that performance was unacceptable.

“What’s good is we saw the reaction against Manchester United in a game that is a massive game, a massive fixture and a pressured game.

“We’re building some momentum in the league and now we go back to the Champions League, which is important.

“We’ve had two difficult games against Roma but we started really well so it’s in our hands now and we know we need a win. We should go full of confidence.”

What times does it start?

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard breaks down the Blues' season

"I think Chelsea were spoiled to a degree last season. The big issue last year was that they didn't have European football.

"They're not in a bad spot though this year. They're doing OK in the Premier League and you'd expect them to win tonight to get out of the group stage."

Pre-match quotes from Antonio Conte

On Qarabag's improvement since Chelsea beat them 6-0 on matchday one: "We played a good game against Qarabag. They've improved a lot since then, drawn twice against Atletico and lost narrowly to Roma. We have to pay great attention tonight."

On his decision to recall David Luiz: "Every game I have to take the best decision for the team. I go game by game, we play a lot of games and it's normal that we have rotation."

On his decision to rest Alvaro Morata: "It was another choice, I repeat, when you play every three days you must understand that you have to rotate your players."

4' - Willian finds Cesc Fabregas on the edge of the Qarabag penalty area with the aid of a deflection and the Spaniard unleashes the first shot of the game. However, his left-footed effort is tame and straight at Ibrahim Sehic in the home side's goal.

8' - A mix-up between Cesc Fabregas and Davide Zappacosta allows Mahir Madatov to nick the ball away on the edge of the Chelsea penalty area. He takes aim at goal but Cesar Azpilicueta throws his body on the line to block the shot. Brave defending.

13' - Off the bar! Qarabag work the ball well deep inside the Chelsea half and the ball fortuitously falls at the feet of attacking midfielder Michel, whose effort from 12 yards out cannons back off the crossbar. Richard attempts to slot home the rebound but he slices the ball off target.

The hosts are more than holding their own against a side that put six past them earlier in the season.
