Spurs fans could be forgiven for thinking the latter given how good the Bundesliga outfit were in the first leg.

But Pochettino isn't having any of it.

“In football you always need to show belief.

"At 3-0 down it becomes a difficult game because in front of us are Borussia Dortmund, one of the best teams in Europe, but we need to believe.

“I think it’s a good opportunity to show that we can do better than last week in Dortmund.”

There's a good chance tonight's game could be Tottenham's last ever in the Europa League at White Hart Lane.

Wouldn't surprise me if Pochettino went relatively strong from start tonight only to bring off key men if no progress being made #thfc
