Championship fixtures: List of matches, dates and kick-off times confirmed

Top three will all be in televised action when the Championship returns later this month

Promotion-chasing Fulham will resume the Championship season against Brentford after the English Football League confirmed the fixtures for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

With television broadcast details also published, the EFL announced that 11 matches will be shown live on Sky Sports across the next three rounds of fixtures, with two other games being shown on the weekend of 20/21 June.

Second-placed West Bromwich Albion will be in action on Saturday afternoon with a home 3pm kick-off against rivals Birmingham City, while Sunday’s encounter will see league-leaders Leeds United head to Cardiff City.

Brentford will feature on Sky once again the following weekend as the number of televised games increases to five, with Thomas Frank’s side in action against West Brom on Friday night.

A promotion crunch clash between Leeds and Fulham will headline a double-header on Saturday 27 June, with the tie pitting first against third set to follow Preston North End’s 12:30pm kick-off against Cardiff, while Sunday’s action will see play-off hopefuls Bristol City take on Sheffield Wednesday in the early game before Nottingham Forest entertain Huddersfield Town.

The first round of midweek fixtures will take place across Tuesday 30 June, Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 July, with the three televised fixtures all kicking off at 5pm with Premier League action also scheduled on the same evenings. Millwall will take on Swansea City on Tuesday, with Preston and Derby in action on the Wednesday before Hull City and Middlesbrough return to televised action on Thursday.

Sky Sports will confirm the remaining televised fixtures from 4 July at a later date, with a commitment to show a total of 30 games live out of the 108 outstanding fixtures.

However, season-ticket holders will still be able to watch every match even though they will be held behind closed doors, with club’s broadcasting every home and away match through the EFL’s iFollow service or their equivalent platforms.
