Brentford will face Yeovil Town in the League One play-off final at Wembley after the Bees' won a pulsating 5-4 penalty shoot-out against Swindon Town on Monday.

Uwe Rösler's side looked to be coasting at 3-1 up – 4-2 on aggregate – but after Joe Devera scored, Aden Flint's 95th-minute header forced extra time. After Bees keeper Simon Moore saved Miles Storey's spot-kick, Adam Forshaw scored Brentford's clinching penalty.

Ed Upson hit a late winner to put Yeovil through 2-1 on aggregate against Sheffield United, which led to a pitch invasion. Gary Johnson's men led after five minutes though Kevin Dawson's calm finish. "It's the best feeling I've ever had in my life," said Dawson. The final is at Wembley on Sunday 19 May.
