England rejects XI: Jack Wilshere, Luke Shaw and the England players who shouldn't go to Euro 2016
Between them they have 221 caps and cost a combined £104m - but for varying reasons this lot should stay at home this summer

Through a combination of poor form, threat of injury or being edged out by others, we've selected the XI England players in the mix for Roy Hodgson's England squad for Euro 2016 who should stay at home.
Between them they have 221 caps and cost a combined £104m.
However, these XI players shouldn't be going to France this summer. In the case of some of them picking up an injury is just too big a risk for them to warrant one of just 23 seats on the plane across the Channel.
And for some - they've simply not been good enough.
