Roy Hodgson has made four changes to the England team that beat San Marino 6-0 on Saturday.
Both centre-backs are changed with John Stones and Phil Jagielka making way for Gary Cahill and Chris Smalling taking their place.
Fabian Delph and Raheem Sterling also return to the side after being rested, with Jamie Vardy and Ross Barkley the players making way.
Wayne Rooney again starts up front - the England captain needs just one goal to beat Sir Bobby Charlton's record and become the all-time top scorer for the Three Lions.
