Scotland World Cup 2022 qualifiers: Full fixtures and schedule revealed
Steve Clarke’s side will hope to make it to back-to-back tournaments after qualifying for Euro 2020
Scotland have already clinched a place at a tournament for the first time in 22 years with their play-off victory over Serbia to make it to Euro 2020.
Now Steve Clarke will have his sights set on guiding Scotland back to the World Cup at Qatar 2022, 24 years after featuring at France 1998.
The headline team in Group F with Scotland is Denmark, with Austria and Israel also likely to be in contention for a top-two finish, with the Faroe Islands and Moldova also on their schedule.
It is arguably the easiest group of all the Home Nations, with Scotland having previously never lost to the Faroe Islands or Moldova and holding a superior head-to-head record over pot one side Denmark, winning 10 of the last 16 meetings.
