Follow the latest transfer news live with all the done deals, reports and gossip from the summer transfer window as the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool prepare for a busy few months.

United are set to be busy this summer and appear to be closing in on their second signing of the off-season. Crystal Palace's Aaron Wan-Bissaka appears close to a move after a breakthrough was finally reached between the two clubs that will see the England Under-21 international move to Old Trafford for upwards of £42m plus add ons. Sporting's Bruno Fernandes could well be close behind with the Red Devils now the favourites to sign him too.

It won't just be incomings, however, with Paul Pogba anxious to leave with Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain circling. Romelu Lukaku is all set to leave for Italy too while the club are desperate to get Alexis Sanchez's £500,000 per week off the books. Follow the latest live news below.

Meanhile, Arsenal are set to push on with their first signing of the summer with a deal for Celtic's Kieran Tierney close. Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser and Belgian international Yannick Carrasco are also options being considered but money could be tight for Unai Emery and Co.

Champions Manchester City don't have any such problems and look set to strengthen an already stacked squad. Leicester City's Harry Maguire could arrive in a club record deal while Atletico Madrid's Rodri and Juve's Joao Cancelo appear near certainties to join him in what looks to be another busy summer at the Etihad.

Barcelona have reached an agreement with their former player Neymar to bring him back to the Nou Camp, according to Spanish newspaper Sport.

The Spanish champions are yet to reach an agreed fee with Paris Saint-Germain, with rumours of players-plus-cash deals circulating, but news is rife in Spain that personal terms are all sown up.

It's claimed that Neymar has agreed to a deal worth around €400,000-a-week, which will see him paid about £21,4m a year, and while that is still a ridiculous sum of money, it is more than £11m less a season than his current deal at PSG.

But Sport reports that Neymar agreed to the terms "without hesitation", and that he is also willing to meet their demand to apologise to the club's fans.

Manchester United have been occupied so far this summer with their attempts to sign Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, but with that move looking close to secured, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has turned his attentions elsewhere.

Portuguese outlet Record reports that the United manager has made a 'personal plea' to executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to go all out in signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.

The 24-year-old Portugal international is on the radar of Europe's biggest clubs this summer and could leave Sporting if the club is offered the right price, and Solskjaer has urged United's transfer guru to ensure the club are at the front of the queue if and when that happens.

Mateo Kovacic is still waiting to see whether Chelsea will sign him on a permanent basis or extend his loan deal with the club.

Maurizio Sarri was keen to keep the Croatian, who played 51 games for the Blues last season, but Frank Lampard - if his appointment is confirmed - may rely on Mason Mount who flourished under him on loan at Derby last season.

Chelsea can circumvent their impending transfer ban as the player is already registered with the club, but a decision must be made before July 1 and Kovacic has been left in limbo for the time being.

Arsenal flop Denis Suarez is keen to continue his career in Spain, after a disappointing loan spell.

The Barcelona player was injured for almost the entirety of his time in North London and has instead set his sights on reuniting with Valencia coach Marcelino.

"I've said it before and I don't mind saying again that Marcelino is the coach who has gotten the best out of me during my entire career," Suarez said.

Suarez could also consider a return to Celta Vigo, where he began his career.

"I think I'll return to Celta Vigo one day, but I don't know if it'll be this summer or in a few years," he added.

Manchester United remain locked in talks with Crystal Palace over their move for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, but it appears the club are starting to get restless with the lack of progress in negotiations.

United want to have Wan-Bissaka secured in time for him to feature at the start of their pre-season tour.

But the team are due to leave at the start of next week, meaning a breakthrough is needed in the next few days if Wan-Bissaka is set to be a United player by the end of the month.

Another player United are keeping an eye on is Real Betis defender Junior Firpo, but they will face familiar competition for the left-back.

Spanish newspaper Marca reports that Liverpool are ready to rival United in the battle for Firpo, who is just 22 years old and looks to have a bright future ahead of him.

The Spain Under-21 international made 16 league appearances for Betis last season and made his international youth debut towards the start of the season, having successfully applied for duel-nationality after being born in the Dominican Republic.

Liverpool are on the lookout for a replacement left-back after allowing Alberto Moreno to leave on a free transfer, while United are determined to strengthen what has become an unstable defensive back line.
