Another weekend, and another unwanted statistic awaits for beleaguered David Moyes and his Manchester United side - should the club lose against Swansea City on Saturday, they will have lost four consecutive matches in a season for the first time in 53 years.
It was back between October and November 1961 in the old Division One when United last went on such a poor losing run, with the four successive defeats all coming in the league. They finished that season in 15th place.

Under Sir Alex Ferguson's successor, Moyes, United were knocked out of the FA Cup by Saturday's opponents, Swansea last weekend, making it only the second time in 29 years they had suffered defeat at the stage. It was the club's third defeat this year - the first time in 40 years they had lost three matches in the month of January.
