Following Tottenham's victory over Arsenal at the weekend, we asked you how you thought the top four would shape up come the end of the season.

Arsenal, currently five points adrift of fourth placed Chelsea, were unsurprisingly your favourites to miss out on qualification for the Champions League.

Nearly 1,400 of you took part, with 70 per cent saying Arsene Wenger's team would miss out on entering Europe's top competition for the first time since the 1997/98 season.

Chelsea were your second favourites to miss out, taking 19 per cent of the vote. Interim-manager Rafael Benitez has been told qualification for the Champions League is his top priority this season, despite his side's continued involvement in the FA Cup and Europa League.

Tottenham, who finished fourth last season but were cruelly omitted from Europe's top-table due to Chelsea beating Bayern Munich in last year's final, took 9 per cent of the vote.

Only 3 per cent of you thought Manchester City, currently in second, would slip outside of the top four.
