Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain looks likely to miss crucial games for Arsenal and England after being ruled out for around four weeks with a hamstring injury.
The midfielder limped out of the win at Old Trafford on Monday night and various reports state he will miss almost a month because of his latest injury setback.
The 21-year-old has played in 35 games this season already but, if his injury is as bad as expected, will leave both Arsene Wenger and Roy Hodgson missing a key player for crucial games.
Arsenal face West Ham on Saturday before heading to Monaco to try and salvage this season's Champions League campaign; the Gunners then visit Newcastle on 21 March.
The international break begins after that game with England facing Lithuania in a Euro 2016 qualifier at Wembley before playing Italy the following Tuesday.
If Oxlade-Chamberlain misses the full four weeks he will also be a major doubt for the massive match with rivals Liverpool at the Emirates on 4 April.
