Liverpool travel to Bournemouth on Sunday looking to get back among the Champions League places after some disappointing draws in recent weeks have left Jurgen Klopp’s side in sixth place in the Premier League.

Bournemouth on the other hand are in dire need of points as they linger just a single point above the relegation zone with 16 points from 17 games.

Follow all the live action below…

What time does it start?

Bournemouth vs Liverpool kicks off at 4.30pm on Sunday 17 December.

Where can I watch it?

The game will be shown live on Sky Sports Premier League with coverage starting following the conclusion of West Bromwich Albion vs Liverpool.

It’s a big game for…

Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool have turned slightly stale since the Fab Four tore apart Spartak Moscow in the Champions League, drawing two winnable games. As it stands Liverpool sit outside the top five but a win against Bournemouth can not only propel them back up to fourth, but also put some daylight between themselves and Tottenham in seventh.

Player to watch…

Mohamed Salah. Because you simply cannot take your eyes off the man right now.

Form guide…

Liverpool: DWWWDD

Odds…

Bournemouth: 11/2

Liverpool: 4/7

Draw: 15/4

39' - You don't expect Jermain Defoe to miss those.

Junior Stanislas finds the veteran striker with a good through ball and, with only Simon Mignolet to beat, he smashes the ball against the inside of the post.

40' - The ball falls nicely to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the edge of Bournemouth's penalty area and the former Arsenal man tries his luck with a first-time shot. Asmir Begovic is equal to it though as he parries the midfielder's low drive away from danger.

43' - Mo Salah plays a lovely one-two with Philippe Coutinho on the edge of the area and should score from the Brazilian's return ball. However, Asmir Begovic makes himself big and keeps out the Egyptian's volley.

GOAL! Bournemouth 0-3 Liverpool (Salah)

45' - What a goal.

Mo Salah collects the ball on the byline before cutting back inside Charlie Daniels and Nathan Ake, and curling the ball into the far corner.

That's the Egyptian's 14th Premier League goal of the season and 20th in all competitions.

Half-time - Bournemouth 0-3 Liverpool

The visitors lead at half-time through goals from Philippe Coutinho, Dejan Lovren and Mo Salah.

46' - We are back underway at the Vitality Stadium, where Ryan Fraser has replaced Marc Pugh for the hosts.

52' - Asmir Begovic makes a meal of collecting Jordan Henderson's cross but Roberto Firmino isn't alert enough and fails to take advantage of the goalkeeper's blunder.
