Cesc Fabregas is sporting two black eyes and a broken nose after clashing with Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The Chelsea star tangled with Adam, scorer of a 65-yard wonder goal, in the second half of the 2-1 victory and was caught with a flailing arm.
Fabregas later revealed he had broken his nose and on Tuesday posted a picture to his Instagram showing him looking the worse for wear.
The Spaniard posted a caption that read: "Italy with Dr Paco", although it is unclear if he is flying to the country to get his nose fixed.
It is the second time Fabregas has broken his nose in a game, after suffering the same fate while playing for Spain in 2008.
