Chelsea will be the first English side to play in the last-16 of the Champions League when they travel to France to face Paris Saint-Germain.
Jose Mourinho's team will play at the Parc-des-Princes on Tuesday 17 February, before hosting Laurent Blanc's team two weeks later at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday 11 March.
Arsenal and Manchester City play on consecutive nights a week later; as both teams finished second they will play at home first.
City host Spanish giants Barcelona on Tuesday 24 February, while Arsenal host Monaco at the Emirates on the 25th.
