Jose Mourinho was probably expecting three points from his 100th Premier League game at Stamford Bridge - but it was not to be with Crystal Palace stunning the reigning champions with a 2-1 win.

Bakary Sako gave Crystal Palace the lead after 65 minutes.

After 79 minutes Radamel Falcao brought the hosts level with his first goal for Chelsea.

But the home side's celebrations were short lived with Joel Ward scoring just a minute later for Crystal Palace.

Having collected their first win of the season against West Brom last weekend, Mourinho would have hoped his team were back on the right track. But a sense of crisis will return after this result.

So who was to blame for the defeat, and who starred for Crystal Palace in their first win at Stamford Bridge since 1982?
