Premier League season in numbers

Crystal Palace host West Brom with both teams hoping to end their seasons on a high.

Palace could equal their highest-ever Premier League finish if results go their way which after the start they made would be nothing short of remarkable.

The die is already cast for the Baggies who will drop down to the Championship this weekend, but with Darren Moore at the helm have some positives to cling to.

On his last appearance Michael Carrick rolls back the years with a gorgeous pass over-the-top to Juan Mata. The Spaniard takes it down lusciously, waits for the keeper to come out and squares for Rashford to slot home. Lovely goal.
