Klopp bemoans Liverpool’s final pass in first-leg draw with Bayern Munich

Jurgen Klopp has been fined £45,000 by the FA for comments made about referee Kevin Friend.

Klopp questioned Freind's integrity after Liverpool's 1-1 draw West Ham, claiming the referee's second-half performance had been influenced by his failure to disallow Liverpool's offside goal in the first.

After the game, Klopp said: “I heard our goal was offside, I’m pretty sure the ref knew that.

“In 50-50 situations it was always a free-kick for the other team, which was hard and did not make life easy.”

Klopp was fined £8,000 by the FA earlier this year after running on to the pitch in celebration when Divock Origi scored a last-minute winner against Everton in December.
