Liverpool brushed Swansea aside with a brilliant performance at Anfield to win 4-1 .
Adam Lallana was at the heart of Liverpool's great performance, scoring twice for a team that controlled the game from start to finish.
Alberto Moreno opened the scoring for the Reds in the first-half, arriving at the back post to apply a simple finish.
Lallana's first goal was fortuitous and when Gylfi Sigurdsson equalised almost immediately it looked as if Swansea could get back into the game.
But the England winger - who has struggled for form since his big money move from Southampton in the summer - applied a great finish to put the game out of sight.
Former Liverpool midfielder Jonjo Shelvey, who should have been sent off earlier in the game after throwing an elbow, headed into his own net from a corner.
The win moves Liverpool up to eighth in the Premier League.
